And, like every savvy Kiwi, Mangaweka artist Richard Aslett was straight around to the nearest Petrol Station, with every container he owned, as soon as it looked like prices were about to sky-rocket! So much so, that he now has a “glut” of oil, diesel and petrol... Besides that, now his grapes are ready for harvest, these vessels are required for brewing the next batch of wine - so has to shift some of this surplus petrol onwards - quick’az!
So, this could be your Lucky Day! From opening time at 10.30am on Wednesday the 1st of April, Richard will be giving away FREE PETROL* from the infamous “Yellow Church” Gallery, right on State Highway 1 in Mangaweka, New Zealand!
The "Yellow Church" Gallery is famous for housing the two yearly “Fakes & Forgeries” Art exhibitions, so while you grab your FREE PETROL, feel free to also browse and buy a famous piece of Art or an Antique, or indeed Anything! (there, we told you it was your lucky day!!).
As with any offer too good to be true, this FREE PETROL offer is no exception, and there are a few exclusions* and terms & conditions* that apply…
- This promotion is for a single FREE pottle* of standard unleaded 91 fuel.
- Only ONE portion of FREE PETROL per customer, who visits the “Yellow Church” Gallery on SH1 in Mangaweka on the morning of April 1st 2025 from opening time of 10.30am (no early arrivals, as Wednesday is a sleep in day!).
- You MUST be driving a standard lead free petrol vehicle, into which the FREE PETROL will be delivered straight into (no take-ways).
- Participants must hold & show a valid NZ Drivers licence for ID
